Six Is Two-Years Old

I can't believe Six is two-years-old. I can remember like it was yesterday when I was carrying him in my stomach, waiting for him to meet us. This has definitely been a journey for us as a family. I had Six in September, and in October, we were leaving to move into our new home in Georgia. I have watched this outgoing little kid grow into something unique. He is definitely going to be the child that gets away with a lot. My patience level isn't what it used to be now that I am older. They said the last child is the one that gives you the most, and I genuinely believe that. He's only just made two and already into much more than my other two children were at his age. He is a sneaky little kid and knows what he is doing. He does this thing when I ask him to do something. He likes to play sleep or acts likes he doesn't know what I'm saying. He will open his one eye to see if I'm looking at him or give me a smile and laugh. I just look at him and try not to laugh, but his dad just laughs. Six has been here before, I know it. He is full of love and joy that keeps his father and me on our toes.

He thinks he is as big as his older brother's. He tries to rumble and plays rough with them all the time. He's picky when it comes to foods, and he will let you know if he likes the food or not. He looks at the color of the food and then smells it. If it does not look appealing or smell good, he won't eat. No matter if you try to cover the food up with something else, he will still see it and keep his mouth closed. He is finally almost potty trained, and I'm so happy. He will go urinate in his potty, but he will not do number 2 yet. Once we get to number 2 down in the potty, ok, we will be great. Saving money on pullups. We tried to have him not go on any electronics, but once we gave him Frank's old phone one time, he has been hooked. He likes to look at CoCoMelon on YouTube.

This birthday was all planned out, and we were going to go to Disneyland with all the boys and have a good time, but COVID happened and completely changed our plans. We decided since he will only be two- years old, we could do Disneyland later on when everything is safe again. I asked Frank what he wanted to do instead, and of course, he said, we can just stay at the house with the boys and have cake. At first, I was with that, but we have all been in the house so long I wanted to get out and do something. We decided to go to Sugar Factory at the last minute, and it was fun. We all enjoyed ourselves, and the birthday boy was just himself. I'm glad I decided to do something besides just stay at home. It was a fun family outing for us all. Until Next Time!!
